Welcome to RevOps Crew (https://www.revopscrew.com), operated by Digital Lab Ventures, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
RevOps Crew offers fractional revenue operations services including strategic consulting, CRM optimization, reporting infrastructure, and go-to-market system integrations.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate company information and access to relevant systems required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own systems and tools.

3. Payment Terms
All services are billed in accordance with the selected package. Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. No refunds will be issued for completed work.

4. Confidentiality
All shared data, documentation, and access credentials will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your information with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property
Any deliverables created by RevOps Crew during the engagement may be used by the client, but RevOps Crew retains the right to reference frameworks or non-client-specific templates for future work.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Invoices for work performed up to the termination date are due immediately.

7. No Guarantees
While we aim to optimize your operations, we do not guarantee specific results. Business outcomes depend on a variety of internal and external factors.

8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users by email of material changes.
